Users MegaUpload, and all data lose

The 50 million users of MegaUpload can get their saved data to lose, as appears from statements of the American public prosecutors. The occasion is the indictment of, among others, MegaUpload owner Kim Dotcom.

The dates would be from Thursday, can be removed, because the hosting companies that the data storage for their account, Carpathia Hosting and Cogent Communications Group, not more can be paid by MegaUpload. Payment is impossible, because the U.s. government, the bank accounts of the accused company has frozen.

The destruction of data may in the future cause problems, because the data can serve as evidence for the defense of MegaUpload. Kim Dotcoms lawyer, Ira Rothken, is hoping a scheme to be able to take with the U.s. government, because both parties, the consumer should always want to protect’.

MegaUpload users may already be more than ten days not more with their data. Some of them are already busy with bringing of a class action lawsuit under the leadership of the Catalan pirate party.
