Toshiba comes with 7,7″- and 13.3″-Tegra 3 tablets

Toshiba is going this year to at least two tablets based on Nvidia’s Tegra 3 chip release. There is a 7,7″model with amoled screen, and also a 13.3″variant. This last is, according to Toshiba meant for senior citizens.

The two tablets are officially not yet announced, but stood behind the glass, and exhibited at Toshibas booth at CES. Outside of the fact that both are powered by a Tegra 3 chip from Nvidia, the company know nothing about the specs. At the 7,7″model was, however, stated that the device was provided with an amoled panel.

Appearance the two tablet called the AT200, Toshiba last september at IFA in Berlin presented. With the large 13,3″-model, of which the image resolution is unknown, and Toshiba, say that the seniorendoelgroep for eyes. The company showed also a 5.1″tablet with an aspect ratio of 21:9, but this would only be a concept. When the 7,7″- and 13″model to come out is not yet known.
