KPN has a subscription for mobile telephony presented, in which telephone calls per second are settled without a fee. Normally also applies to pay per second connection fee for calls.
In the 15 euro-dollar subscription, the user gets no minutes, but he pays only for what he’s calling. A minute call will cost 15 cents, while for a text 18 cents should be paid for. This is evident from the specifications of the subscription plan, that starting this month, KPN can be closed.
It is the first time that KPN a subscription offer which per second can be settled without a fee. In previous subscriptions with per second could be settled, paid customers are always the first minute in its whole, even though it took call, twenty seconds. It is unclear why KPN, the subscription is introduced; allowing users to for 15 euros, no minutes get, many of them paying more with the subscription.
