Arctic is in action against AMD’s use of the brand name ‘Fusion’. In several European countries has Arctic prompted to AMD Fusion notebooks, desktops, motherboards and chips from the market. Arctic used the name for psu’s.
The manufacturer has AMD Germany in november last year ordered an end to the use by AMD itself and the various manufacturers. Also progressed Arctic a compensation.
