Arctic wants to AMD’s “Fusion” products from the shelves

Arctic is in action against AMD’s use of the brand name ‘Fusion’. In several European countries has Arctic prompted to AMD Fusion notebooks, desktops, motherboards and chips from the market. Arctic used the name for psu’s.

Arctic, formerly Arctic Cooling, it was called, has a license to use the brand name ‘Fusion’ for his line of computervoedingen. The brand name was established in 2006 by the company to Boost Up International in Europe registered for the Hardware, and components thereof, in particular coolers for graphic cards; cooling fans for computers and computer accessories’.
