Antec has a new case in the Gaming series released. The Three Hundred Two is designed for gaming systems and other high-end pc’s and need a good cooling system with extended capabilities for cable management combine.
The second version of the Three Hundred, a budgetbehuizing in the Gaming series, has the clumsy name Three Hundred Two, or the more convenient variant 300 II. The case is a midtower with space for three optical or other 5,25″-drives including a hard drivecage for six 3,5″drives. Also for ssd’s is the space with two inbouwplaatsen for 2.5″drives. The 300 II is 565mm high, 471mm deep and 229mm in width. The cabinet is available for 85 euro.
The housing is equipped with a moederbordtray with a big cutout for installation of cpu coolers with a backplate and the tray are also four holes made for cable management. For the routing of cables is a maximum of three centimter play area between moederbordtray and side panel available. The holes are not rubber sealed, and the interior is made of metal-like, in contrast to the black-painted exterior of the 300 II. To the front are two usb 3.0 ports and an audio in – and output.
The front is equipped with perforation to allow the air to suck up. The cooling system consists of a 120mm-exhaust and a 140mm fan in the roof. Both fans come from antec’s TwoCool-range and can between slow and fast rotation switches. Optional two 120mm-intakes in the front panel to be built, a third 120mm intake fits in the side panel and a 120mm-exhaust can behind the motherboard is to be mounted.
