LG releases new Cinema 3D tv’s bezels 1mm

LG is going to are 2012-series Cinema 3D tvs with a bezel of just 1mm. LG calls this design ‘Cinema Screen’. The thin berande tv programs are supplied with newly-designed passive-3d glasses and have 3D Sound Zooming.

Due to the thin bezel of 1mm, this would effectively disappear when viewing content. This would, according to LG, the idea should be to recall the view of a film in a cinema. The company made in the run-up to the CES already known its new Cinema 3D tv’s to rest with very narrow bezels, but the exact width of it is only now published. Previously, the company already know a 3d ips monitor at CES to show also with a bezeldikte of 1mm.

The new range of Cinema 3D tv’s seems to be a response on the D7000 and D8000 tv series of Samsung. These have in principle a bezelgrootte of 5mm, but a frieze adds a few millimeters to. We are curious to see what Samsung across. It is not known whether all new Cinema 3D tv’s the thin bezels of the Cinema Screen-design have or LG is the very thin edge, only for the high-end models book.

The new Cinema 3D tv’s for 2012 just like the current models use LG’s passive 3d technology and the tv’s will be equipped with the new brilontwerp that LG has previously announced. The new 3d glasses are about twenty percent lighter than the previous generation and have curved lenses. Also is Dual Play supported.

New for the 2012-series Cinema 3D tv is also 3D Sound Zooming technology. This is with the reproduction of audio through the tv to take in account the location, including the diepteafstand, and movement of various topics in image.
