Ziggo is going to watch live tv for Android available

Ziggo is working on an Android application that is live television. The software is already available for Apple’s iOS, but the Android application of the provider is still limited. The project is in the testing phase.

This is evident from an e-mail of the customer service that a Tweaker was sent. Ziggo was unavailable for comment, so it is still unclear when the application is released. However, the provider could have already started with the testing of the software, so a release is possible in the short term can take place. Ziggo already has an app for Android but can not watch tv.

Live television is already available for Apple’s iOS. A app before that was just recently released for iPad, iPhone and iPod. Although Android is not yet supported, it is possible to watch television on devices with Googles mobile OS. A Tweaker recently made a mobile website which is suitable for Android and that the streams for the tv channels to be offered. This allows users to Nederland 1, 2 and 3, RTL 4, 5, 7, and 8, and NET5, SBS6 and Veronica watch, as long as the internet connection from Ziggo.
