Telecomwaakhond OPTA, KPN under enhanced scrutiny. The OPTA found that KPN laws has been violated, and wants to further violations occur. For some violations, is still unknown.
“We already have offences gecontstateerd,” said spokeswoman Cynthia Heijne of OPTA. The OPTA estimates the risk that KPN is again breaking the law is high, sets the telecomwaakhond.
Although the OPTA al ‘enforcement’ has occurred against the violations, wants Heijne’t say yet to what for violations, because there are procedures running. Or, for example, the violations on telefoniegebied or the adsl market, is still unknown.

The last time that KPN under verschept supervision was made, it was providing unauthorized discounts to business customers. That was in 2005.
Update, 11:16: KPN says not sure to know why it is under enhanced supervision is provided. “KPN is surprised by the message of the OPTA. We are aware of some things about which procedures now run and that the coverage covers.
