Publisher Electronic Arts has EA Bright Light closed. The studio was in november, already emptied by the publisher, and is now permanently closed. A part of the employees of the studio is to be found in other studios of EA.
Bright Light, that was located in the British city of Guildford, after sixteen years of loyal service by Electronic Arts closed, reports Develop. The publisher put the closure in november already in progress by the employees to inform of the intention to close the doors. Since then, the studio no longer active. The workers are for a part to be found among the English EA studios Criterion and biggest names in internet entrepreneurship, while a number of other developers to switch to Jagex and Supermassive Games.
The English studio was been active since 1995, Electronic Arts, and is known from the various Harry Potter games that were developed. So was the Bright Light among other things, responsible for harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. In the last few years developed the studio, however, mainly Nintendo and handheld versions of various EA-releases, like the PSP version of Need for Speed.
