Asus introduces allegedly next week at the CES show in Las Vegas its new netbook line-up. The new ultra-portable notebooks will be part of the new Eee PC Flare series and come in 10″ and 12″versions.
That reports NotebookItalia. It would go to both 10″ and 12″models that come with AMD Fusion and Intel Atom cpus. The 1225B would be an AMD chip while the 1225C is a Cedar Trail Atom. The 10″-1025 would only in configurations with Intel chips will be delivered. Supposedly the netbooks with matte screens, but that is not sure yet.
Asus showed the netbooks earlier this year at the Computex trade show in Taiwan, but when was the new Flare-name not yet known. This is on the final models presented in the store come to lie at the top left of the keyboard printed. The netbooks have a chiclet keyboard, a webcam, usb 2.0 and usb 3.0, and vga and hdmi outputs. At Computex knew Asus to tell us that the 10″models for about 250 euros costs. Prices of the 12″variants are not yet known.
