Sapphire released its latest motherboard for AMD processors announced. The Pure Black 990FX motherboard features an AM3 socket and a 990FX chipset, and is therefore suitable for the latest Bulldozer processors from AMD.
The Pure Black series to Sapphire Technology is the high-end segment of its products and the latest AM3 motherboard should prestatiebeluste consumers to attract. Sapphire combines the black AM3 socket for Bulldozer and earlier processorseries with the 990FX chipset and the SB950-southbridge. There are four memory slots for ddr3 memory is present, and the board offers features like spanningsuitleespunten for overclockers.
The Pure Black 990FX is equipped with six pci-express x16 slots; slots with a single pci express lane, pci slots are missing. The system board is equipped with eight sata-600 ports, and a ninth port as esata ports. There are four usb 3.0 connectors available, of which two as a header and two on the i/o panel. There are also two gigabitnetwerkpoorten, achtkanaalsaudio and other connections made. The Sapphire board is available immediately and costs approximately 160 euro.
