Samsung may from Friday Galaxy Tab 10.1 sell in Australia lwa. The court in the country has decided that the verkoopstop that Apple progressed, needs to be eliminated. The judgment of October is therefore rejected.
The three judges of the Australian Federal Court unanimously decided to ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 be lifted. “Samsung allowed the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia to introduce, provided that the information about all sales of the device to track”, write the judges in the verdict. Apple’s lawyers had for each other that the decision Friday to go into effect, so that they are able to prepare at the highest rechtsorgaan of Australia, the High Court.
The judges joined in the arguments of Samsung that the judge in the previous decision unmistakably erroneous assumptions did infringe on Apples patents.
Samsung showed himself pleased with the ruling and announced soon with more details to come about when the tablets actually in the shelves.
