Ict problems for many employees the largest ergenisfactor in their company. Employees resent en masse to malfunctioning software or a network that is not or barely functioning, according to research by Multiscope.

From the research by Multiscope, for which a thousand people are questioned, it turns out that everyone somewhere can annoy you, but that nothing is so annoying as an ict problem. A whopping 82 percent of the respondents say that they are annoyed by a non-functioning network or malfunctioning software.

Other frequently mentioned ergenissen are ellebogenwerk to be higher (75 percent), a bad atmosphere at the workplace (68 percent), colleagues who are late (66 percent), and loud talking or calling colleagues (65 percent). Almost half of the respondents (46 percent) expect that this ergenissen can be reduced by The New Work, for example by frequently working from home or at other times to work.

The results of the research show that The New Work is something that lives in companies with more than one hundred employees. 61 percent of respondents at these companies say that The New Work has already been partially fed. In medium-sized and small companies is 38 percent.

From home to access the company network (78 percent), home (69 percent) and the introduction of flexible working hours (57 percent) are the most widely taken measures to ensure that The New Work to introduce or facilitate the companies where the respondents work.
