AMD would in the short term, two Llano processors release that are suitable for overclockers. It is going to be accellerated processing units with four cpu cores and a Radeon HD gpu on board. The apu’s get the K suffix to distinguish it.
The two new Llano processors, the A6-3670K and A8-3870K, both have a freely adjustable multiplier, what they are for overclockers interesting. The standaardkloksnelheid of the processors is respectively 2.7 and 3GHz, and the A6 has a Radeon HD 6530D gpu on board, with 320 at 443MHz geklokte shaders. The A8 has a Radeon HD6550D gpu, 400 shaders at 600MHz clocked.
Both processors have 4MB L2 cache and got a tdp of 100W. When the apu’s to be formally introduced is not known, but on a preorderpagina of an onlineretailer, where the Llano’s about 121 and 144 dollar cost, they would next week can be delivered. The prices are therefore identical to that of the A6-3650 and A8-3850, that from the introduction of the K-apus probably a price reduction.
In addition to the two unlocked Llano’s three apu’s on the point of hatching. The A4-3420, A6-3620 and A8-3820 should be in January appear. All the mentioned Llano processors are suited for AMD’s FM1 socket. Prices of the three for January scheduled processors are not yet known.
