Acer has announced that its Allegro smartphone on Windows Phone Mango will soon be available in Dutch shops. For a suggested retail price of 299 euros, customers can the unit maybe within a few days of purchase.
The Allegro features a 3.6″display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels and a Qualcomm MSM8255 processor with a clock speed of 1GHz. In addition, there is 8GB available for data storage. Photos can be shot with a 5-megapixel camera that has an led flash.
Acer claims that the device is 2.5 times faster can be recharged via the power outlet, thanks to the so-called Fast Charge technology. It shall be the charge by other Acer devices such as computers and laptops.
With the Allegro put Acer’s first smartphone with Windows Phone Mango on the market. The device was earlier for other countries are announced, but the manufacturer announced that a Dutch release for ‘early december’ on the planning. Therefore, it is plausible that the Allegro within a few days is available.
