Torchlight II is not coming in 2011 on the market. Ontwikkelstudio Runic Games has announced that more development time is needed. The rpg appears only on the pc. Runic Games stated Torchlight II earlier.
Co-founder of Runic Games, Travis Baldree announced that Torchlight II is not more in 2011. The studio aimed initially at a release in spring of this year, but suggested the rpg was already out. Baldree now that there is more work required than expected to the game on the desired level of quality to get and that means that Torchlight II into 2012 is being sequenced.
Baldree spells out that there are now about eighteen months, has been tinkered to Torchlight II, and that the remaining development time relatively low. Baldree claims that there is still space for the planned, small beta. That test must guarantee that the final release of Torchlight II without any problems.
Torchlight II is in the beginning, only for the pc available for $ 19.99 over-the-counter. Runic Games was also working on an Xbox 360 version. This would be via Xbox Live, available as an XBLA game, but the memory of the Xbox 360 turned out to be a bottleneck for the game. Then it was hinted at a version for Mac OS, but on the Torchlight II website is currently only a pc version is said.
