Users of an iPhone are the most loyal telefoonbezitters: 84 percent of them said the next time the iPhone to buy. Thus, they are loyal than the average telefoonbezitter; that remains in 63 percent of the cases true.
Reports that news agency Reuters on the basis of a research of GfK. Where the largest number of loyal users can be found among the iPhone owners, Android and BlackBerry owners, according to GfK less loyal: of them would be, respectively, 60 and 48 percent have an Android phone, or BlackBerry, buy. How loyal Windows Phone owners are, is not known.
Of the consumers that their current model will continue, says 70 percent to do that because of the ‘seamless integration’ and ‘access to content’. Although that is not further specified, it is likely to services such as iCloud, Google’s new music service and BlackBerry Messenger.
For the research were actually any Dutch people questioned, but telefoonbezitters from Germany, Great Britain and France. Last year proved to be from the same investigation that iPhone owners are more than average loyal, but the number of loyal users is significantly increased: at the time, said 59 percent of the iPhone owners the next time the iPhone to take, at an average of 25 percent. It is unknown why the average according to GfK, last year more than doubled.
