Four Britons who have been arrested on suspicion of hacking and “membership” of Anonymous, are not yet tried. Their court case is postponed until november 2012. The British police would need more time for research.
Actually it would be the lawsuit this month already started, but the four Brits have only on 7 november 2012 for the judge to appear. The men, between 17 and 26 years old, are suspected of conspiracy: they would as part of the loose connection to Anonymous computers have cracked.
The suspects are allowed to have their trial in freedom to wait and see, all are there or what conditions are imposed: at least two of them are allowed on the internet no nicknames and the irc channels of Anonymous are forbidden to them site.
