‘Apple is working on iOS device with 4″screen’

According to rumors, Apple has a mobile device with iOS in the pipeline, which is fitted with a 4″screen. Hitachi and Sony would the screens are going to deliver. Also, there is a new lcd technology in development.

The device, which is likely a new iPhone, comes on the market in 2012, reports the Japanese site Macotakara on the basis of sources within the industry. Hitachi and Sony would have already started with the delivery of the screens to Apple. In the spring of 2012, the two companies cooperate with Toshiba the windows to provide, under the flag of the previously announced joint-venture Japan Display.

According to the Japanese site, Apple is a new display technology based on lcd. This would only be used in a fourth generation of the iPad, and is supplied by an unknown Taiwanese company.

Previously came out that Apple schermpanelen has ordered from Sharp, which presumably will be used in the iPad 3. This would the company from Cupertino, a large amount have been invested in the production capacity of Sharp. This, the manufacturer needs to assist in the manufacture of oled-screens that are more fuel-efficient, and thinner devices. There would also be panels used for a tv from Apple.

There were already rumors about an iPhone with a larger screen, even before the iPhone 4S was launched. This turned out not to be true, but Apple would have a prototype of the iPhone 5 in development. You may need the 4″device is now in that role.
