‘Lenovo will continue this year, with tablet with Tegra 3 and Android 4.0’

Lenovo is reportedly this year a new tablet on the market. The device would be powered by a Tegra 3 soc from Nvidia and run on Android 4.0 also known as Ice Cream Sandwich.

That, writes Engadget, via an anonymous informer also some pictures of the tablet in hands got. The tablet will get a 10.1″ display with a yet unknown resolution, but presumably it will be 1280×800 pixels. The device will have a Tegra 3-soc on board, linked to 2GB of ddr3 memory. Just like the Thinkpad Tablet, the company will also get this tablet into a full-fledged usb 2.0 port.

The casing seems to be made of brushed steel and would make Lenovo the label ‘Special Fusion Skin’ lunch. On the back are a camera and fingerprint reader placed. That last would be doubling as an optical joystick. When the still unnamed tablet announced will be or will come, is not yet known.
