Acer is working on Android tablet with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels

Acer is working on an Android tablet whose screen, a so-called wuxga resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels. That is substantially higher than the resolution of 1280×800 pixels which is currently the standard in many Android tablets.

The information came out through the same way, recently it became known that the company has tablets with the names A510 and A511 works; on the servers of Acer are xml profiles to find new tablets with high resolution. The order no. associated with the tablets are A700 and A701. Just as the A510 and A511 turning the tablets in the A70x series on the Tegra 3 quadcore-soc from Nvidia which has recently been introduced.

The profiles do not indicate, respectively, but it is likely that this, like most of the tablets that are now on the market of 10.1″ or less. This would mean that the tablet’s 224 ppi, considerably more than the 149 ppi, which is the standard for most Android tablets that have a resolution of 1280×800. The aspect ratio of the two resolutions with 16:10 are identical.
