Toyota has under the name Touch a Life a new in-car infotainment system for its iQ city car announced. With Touch Life can the screen of a smartphone projected on the display in the center console.
Via Toyota’s on-board computer can be a smartphone to be controlled with both the touchscreen and a few buttons in the steering wheel are processed. It currently supports Touch Life the Symbian Belle operating system no additional software is needed, so reports Engadget. It is further possible to use the Car Mode application some navigatiepakketten easier to operate. Touch Life also works together with an iPhone with iOS 4 or higher.
