The firm Tonido has a new TonidoPlug on the market. The chipset of the TonidoPlug2 verstookt according to the manufacturer, only 1.2 W and features both a wi-fi module as a connector for a 2.5″hard drive or ssd.
The TonidoPlug2 is equipped with a Marvell Armada 310 chipset with a clock speed of 800MHz. Also has 512MB ddr3 ram and 512MB of flash storage available. According to Tonido consumes the Armada chipset, very little electricity: the power consumption would be approximately 1.2 W amounts, allowing the continuous running of the TonidoPlug2 only a few euros per year would cost.
