Sony is the full owner of Sony Ericsson

Sony has Ericssons stake in the joint venture of the two companies acquired. This also gives the Japanese company the brand entirely in the hands, so to confirm the two. The buy out is not unexpected; the cooperation was difficult.

Sony and the Swedish Ericsson were both for the half owner of the joint venture. Sony buys his former partner for 1.05 billion euros, the company informs.
