EU rules bring mobile broadband via 800MHz closer

According to the new European rules require member states of the EU in January 2013 and have given permission for the setting up of mobile networks for internet access on the 800MHz band. This should be the roll-out of mobile internet speed.

The force of a frequency spectrum for mobile internet in each member state is part of the Digital Agenda of the European Commission, which aim to ensure that each and every European in 2013 to expand access to fast internet. In addition, there must be in 2015 to about 1200MHz of spectrum available for mobile internet in the member states of the EU.

The provision seems to be for the Netherlands not a lot of consequences; the government was already planning to frequentieruimte in the 800MHz band to be auctioned to telecommunications companies. The band, who previously for analogue tv was used, can be used for the rigging of a 4g network over the lte network technology.

Earlier, the European Commission already know billions of euro’s to cross in the development of broadband. Thus, should the speeds of European networks to be jacked up. There should also be a central European internet services, for example, European identity cards, customs and electronic patient records.
