World Solar Challenge shut down because of forest fires

The second stage of the World Solar Challenge is suspended because of a bushfire in Australia lwa. Both Solar Team Twente and the Delft Nuon Solar Team has now, as well as the Belgian participants, wait until the fires subside.

The Solar Team Twente was about 300 kilometres on the road when the race when the Stuart Highway was shut down.
