Nokia has three games released that use the short-afstandstechnologie nfc. Users with so-called nfc-tags play the games, which included a card game.
In the demo video shows Nokia with a nfc phone a geheugenspelletje can be played by nfc tags as cards. The tags do not describe with dates: the device scans the tag, and remember there and then itself an image, which the user then must associate it with a different nfc tag with the same image. In addition, there are two other games available, which includes a multiplayer-mode. The user must own the cards with built in nfc chip to purchase.
Nokia seems to be with games especially with a demo to want to give of the possibilities of nfc. The Finnish manufacturer has made a number of new devices equipped with an nfc chip, including the C7-00, and Symbian Belle phones 600, 603, 700 and 701.
Earlier, it was Rovio Mobile, with an nfc-version of the game Angry Birds. This was done in collaboration with Nokia. Also Google put in nfc: the internetgigant has a payment system for mobile phones on the basis of the short-afstandstechnologie developed.
