Google gets crashing voip application from App Store

Google has decided to take his voip application, Google Voice for iOS devices from the App Store. The voip software would regularly crash on iPhones and iPads that are equipped with the new operating system from Apple, iOS 5.

The problems with the voip software would occur when logging on to the voip service of Google, reports Engadget. According to Google it is therefore decided to the application provisionally from the App Store. The internetgigant still don’t know when a new version will be able to release that is fully compatible with iOS 5.

Google has for a long time wrestled to the Voice application into the App Store to rival Apple. Only in november last year showed Apple the Google Voice application in its marketplace for software. The voip service, especially among Americans popular, would also currently in Europe to be tested. It is unclear when Google Voice, in which voice mails as ordinary mail is received, in Europe is released.
