Virtual telecom provider Ben, a brand of T-Mobile, try a ‘discount offer’, customers agree to deal with worse conditions. The consumer protection authority considers that Am customers in confusion.
Customers of the virtual provider, which is the budget airline and entirely in the hands of T-Mobile received last week an e-mail that they per month for 50 voice minutes or sms messages for free could get. According to tweaker Wietsee. go customers will automatically accept the new terms and conditions.
In those new conditions mobile internet is no longer unlimited, but tied to a data limit of 1GB. Above pay customers 10 cents per MB. In addition, there is no longer billed per second but per minute. Also should bundle more to be paid for call minutes: 30 instead of 25 cents.
