Samsung and Huawei in patent war
In the patent conflict in the mobile industry, Smartphone market leader Samsung and its Chinese rival plating now Huawei each other with lawsuits.
The mobile phone giant Samsung Electronics and Huawei Technologies from a wide range of their patent war. Samsung had sued Huawei in China, with the accusation of patent infringement, said a spokeswoman for the leading South Korean technology company, on Friday. This happened two weeks ago.
Details of the contents of the complaint were not known. The South Korean news Agency Yonhap reported, however, Huawei will be there accused of six patents for mobile communication technology and image storage hurt.

The South Koreans respond to a lawsuit Huawei in may. Huawei had Samsung in the United States in the dispute, among other things, patents for cell phone sued operating systems. The network-equipment manufacturers and Smartphone providers, accusing Samsung of the infringement of the eleven patents in connection with the fast data communications Standard LTE. The company had not previously agree on a license agreement.
It’s more about Image than money
The Analyst Lee Do-Hoon of CIMB said now, the companies it is probably about money. Rather, Huawei might want to his reputation with the attack on the world’s market leader improve, as Samsung have managed to do with a lawsuit against iPhone manufacturer Apple. Samsung may Huawei want to force the dispute as soon as possible. Presumably, the companies would be at the end with a mutual licensing agreement to agree.

For headlines, especially the dispute between Apple and Samsung took care of it. In the meantime, the conflict had subsided, after all, no company was able to achieve decisive victories.
