Less people apply to permanently Hartz IV

At the end of last year, only around three million Germans for more than four years of relative government support. Especially a lot of permanent receiver it is available in three Eastern States.

The number of permanent recipients of Hartz IV benefits is down a newspaper report that for the first time.
