As a place, a UNESCO world heritage site is

More than 1,000 cultural and natural monuments of the UNESCO world heritage list. It is the most important title, the monuments and the natural regions, often associated with rising tourist numbers and public funding. 1. Who decides?
21 Committee members, the UNESCO world heritage Committee. The members come from 21 countries and represent all continents and cultures. 2. Where is the meeting?

3. What are the criteria?

5. What places are on the Red list?
Here are all those world listed heritage site, at risk from the point of view of UNESCO strongly – whether by destruction, damage or Disappearance. Currently 48 places are on the Red list, threatened by war, vandalism, terrorism, natural disasters or urbanisation.
