“Mar i muntanya” from Girona
One of the national dishes of Catalonia is called “Mar i muntanya”, or in English “sea and mountains”, and combines fish and meat. In the Restaurant “Occi” in Girona, there are langoustine, chicken meat.
Ingredients (for 4-6 persons):
1.3 kilograms of meat from the rooster (alternative: chicken)

Preparation:
