Court lifts Apple’s Patent victory
In the second major patent dispute with Samsung, Apple has suffered a setback. A court of appeal highlighted the payment of $ 120 million and declared the Patent for the sliding gesture to Unlock is invalid.
An appeals court has overturned the victory of Apple in the second major patent trial against Samsung in California completely. The judge stated, contrary to the view of the jury, that two Apple-patents have been invalid and a third was not injured.
