Ankara finished Anti-PKK operation in Cizre
After several months of urban combat prefer the Turkish army from the southeastern Anatolian city, according to the government. But elsewhere against militant Kurds fought.

The Turkish government has a two-month military campaign against the rebels of the Kurdistan workers ‘ party PKK in Cizre should be terminated. The use in the southeastern Anatolian city was “very successful”, said interior Minister Efkan Ala. The curfew to remain, however, until further notice is in force.
In Cizre had soldiers and police since December grim squatter fights with PKK supporters delivered. Also were heavy weapons used, and whole streets destroyed.
