Tens of thousands of people in Darfur on the run

In the westsudanesischen troubled region of Darfur since mid-January at least 38,000 people, mainly women and children, in fierce Fighting fled. According to the responsible spokesperson of the United Nations (UN), Samantha Newport, looked most close to the UN military base in Sortony in North Darfur refuge.
