On the internet there is a picture surfaced of the oled evf of the soon to be released Sony Alpha A77 camera. In the picture, include more of the nineteen focusing points of the new af system to see.
Although the Sony Alpha A77, a semi-professional camera with a fixed mirror, only on August 24, officially announced, most of the specifications are already known. As it turned out, inter alia, that the electronic viewfinder of the camera, an oled with 2.3 million subpixels. Also, the camera would be equipped with a new autofocus system with nineteen af points, of which there are eleven kruisgevoelig.
On SonyAlphaRumors is now a photo appeared with the classification of the zoekerweergave. This is to check that the nineteen af points in the same manner as with the current Sony cameras with a fixed mirror, the Alpha A35 and the Alpha A55V. The latter, however, have an af system with fifteen af points, of which there are only three kruisgevoelig. The Alpha A700, the Alpha A77, is monitored, has an af system with eleven af points, of which only a kruisgevoelig.
The photo of the zoekerweergave gives even more details, price. For example, in the top black bar to see that the camera has gps on board, wireless flash support, and 1080/60p video shooting. Also, there are two battery icons visible, which probably means that an optional accugrip is confirmed, and is the indicator of an af-assist illuminator visible.
At the bottom of the screen is a bar with information about the selected exposure and the exposure compensation, above which there is a live histogram to see. Because of the high-contrast image on the background, that the qualities of oled highlights, it is assumed that the image on SonyAlphaRumors is from the official documentation from Sony.
