Apple wants Samsung all hardware with Android in the Netherlands from the shops. Those who still have a Galaxy S II or Galaxy Tab sells, would according to Apple, in case of a violation. It would be one of Apple’s requirements are in a Dutch lawsuit.
If Apple’s claim is assigned, should Samsung within two weeks of its products from European shops pick up, writes Computerworld on the basis of rechtbankdocumenten that it has realized. It is unclear in which case Apple this requirement has been laid down. Supposedly it goes to the summary proceedings of which on 15 september ruling, but Apple and Samsung would be at least ten cases against each other have to walk in the court in The Hague. The infringing products are according to Apple the Galaxy S II, Galaxy Mini, Galaxy Europe, Galaxy Tab 10.1 v and Nexus S.
Apple and Samsung are since this spring with each other in the clinch. Apple claims that Samsung’s smartphones and tablets with Android too much on the iPhone and iPad seem, while Samsung claims that Apple patent violation in the field of 3g technology. There are cases in the United States, Australia, South Korea, Germany and the Netherlands.
Apple harnessed in The Hague last week a lawsuit against Samsung, in which it went about the Galaxy S, Galaxy Ace and Galaxy Tab 10.1. Those three products would a sales ban. The verdict in the case is expected on 15 september, while a possible sales ban would commence on October 13.
Update 15:01: The sales ban would apply to the whole of Europe and not only for the Netherlands, Webwereld reported.
