Thermaltake announces Spacecraft-housing

Thermaltake the Spacecraft VF-I, range housings in the e-Sports-series extended. The midtower is equipped with an aluminum front and can accommodate matx and atx motherboards, and video cards up to 32 inches long.

The Spacecraft VF-I is a completely black case with a window in the side panel. The front panel is of aluminium produced and is equipped with diffusers for air supply. Depending on the version, two usb 2.0 ports or one usb 2.0 and one usb 3.0 port is present, accompanied by two audio ports. The ports to take an external 3,5″-bay-consuming, but underneath it is a second bay available. The upper half consists of four 5,25″-drivebays.

Internally there is space for five 3.5″drives and one 2.5″drive can be built in. The midtower offers space to processorkoelers with a maximum height of 168 millimetres and graphics cards with a length up to 320 mm. The cooling is by a single exhaust arranged: one with a blue led-equipped 120mm fan sits at the back and runs at 1000rpm and produces thereby 16dBA.

However, the user can for sufficient additional cooling: there is space for an intake 120mm at the front, the top can take two 120mm fans are placed to the side of the place for a single 120mm fan at the bottom can be a 120mm or 80mm fan can be attached. Also, a 240mm radiator at the top will be attached: holes for water hoses are provided. The housing is available immediately and costs approximately 60 euro.
