Google introduces service to make phone calls from Gmail will be available soon in Belgium before and the Netherlands. With Google Voice, users can from Gmail make calls to fixed and mobile numbers. Calling is not free and only takes in a lot of cases, 11 cents per minute.

In the Netherlands, calls to landlines for 2 cents per minute and to mobile numbers for 11 cents per minute. In Belgium only calls to landlines for 11 cents per minute. This is evident from the rates that Google has published.

Google introduces Voice in many more countries outside of the United States, but remains vague about details. So the countries not mentioned by name, but there are versions in 38 languages. The service is somewhere in the next few days rolled out. In contrast to the United States, where call in 2011 is free of charge, users in other countries pay. Google introduced place calls from Gmail in August of last year.
