Huawei presented on Wednesday a new smartphone with a unibody enclosure. The Vision has a touch screen with a diagonal of 3.7-inch, at its thinnest point is approximately 10mm thick and has Android 2.3 as operating system.
The Vision is equipped with a Qualcomm MSM8255, the processor that also serves in the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, HTC Desire HD, and recent BlackBerry devices. In addition, there is a 3d-interface is created in order to make use of the graphics power of the processor, writes Engadget.
The Android smartphone has a 3.7″screen of the capacitive type. Photos are made with a 5-megapixel camera, while videos can be recorded in a maximum resolution of 720p. Huawei still has no further details to be published online of the device, that is in september in some countries, must come out. If and when there is a Dutch release, is unknown.
The device has a metal unibody enclosure, a technique often applied by HTC. Huawei makes a lot of devices that providers under their own name to release. It is unclear whether that Vision will be the case.
