Comment: Unsettled German

The refugees have been for months the dominant issue in Germany. The company is of a previously unprecedented test, or exposed, says DW editor-in-chief Alexander Kudascheff.

The Germans are probably romantic. Anyway, they are at least confused. At a loss. Unsure how you can with a Million refugees to deal.
