CA Technologies takes over the Dutch company WatchMouse for an undisclosed amount. WatchMouse offers its customers the ability to run 24 hours per day, the performance of web applications to monitor.
CA Technologies, formerly known as Computer Associates, acquires Nimsoft, and directs the activities of the business host in his Nimsoft-clouddivisie. WatchMouse has 62 monitorlocaties in 40 countries for the uptime and performance of web applications to measure. This does WatchMouse by transactions of users to simulate.
WatchMouse was founded in 2002 and based in Utrecht. It is not published how many CA Technologies will pay for the acquisition of the Dutch company. CA will WatchMouse record as a separate add-on in its application performance management solutions.
