There are clues surfaced that Samsung is working on a variant of the Galaxy S II, which runs on Microsoft’s mobile operating system Windows Phone. The device would feature the new Mango version of the operating system.
The instructions are included in a profile of a device called the SGH-i937, which appeared in the Bluetooth SIG. The Samsung Galaxy S II was known under the name of SGH-i927, which is likely to be a variant of this device. That there is Windows Phone Mango smartphone is running, it can be derived from the bluetooth specifications, Bluetooth SIG specified, and which correspond with the Mango release of Windows Phone, as discovered WM Poweruser.
A device called the SGH-i937 was also found in a statistiekenlijst for Windows Phone games. It is possible that Samsung is a single of the games as a test. According to the list of Occasional Gamer is an SGH-i937 phone four times have been active in one of the games where statistics are tracked.
By the two prompts, it seems plausible that the SGH-i937 Galaxy S II variant with Windows Phone Mango should be. Samsung, however, has yet published anything about the device, which still remains to be seen whether the information is correct.
