Publisher 2K and developer Turtle Rock Studios have more details about the open b lwa ta of Evolve. In addition to the previously play mode Hunt get Xbox One owners, starting January 17, will also have access to the recently announced game mode Evacuation.
The open beta is only for Xbox One owners available. Persons who have previously participated in the alpha for the pc or the PlayStation 4 will come in January only eligible for a smaller private test. They may be the new mode, Evacuation, therefore, not play and their progress is also not transferred to the official version when the game is released.
Xbox One owners are eligible for these features. They can be made from January 15, first is the Hunt-mode play. That option was in the previous alpha already available. The difference is that in the new test two Monsters and eight Hunters are present. The number of playable maps is with eight raised and that brings the total to twelve. The testers then get from 17 January access to the game mode Evacuation. 2K and Turtle Rock Studios claim that any unlock Hunters and Monsters can be transferred as well as Evolve once officially issued. The release date is scheduled 10 February.
The alpha of Evolve was on november 4, held. The first test had, however, problems that PlayStation 4 users in the game due to technical imperfections could not test. The alpha was with a few days extended. In the announcement, it is reported that the matchmaking speed in January greater and that, in addition, also the servers are more stable. The offline mode is still not available. The open beta ends on the 19th of January.
