Microsoft warns businesses and Windows XP users that they are still ‘only’ a thousand days of support for their OS. From 8 april 2014, Microsoft will no security updates and hotfixes, more from for are XP editions.
Microsoft will stop by mid-2014 not only with the support of Windows XP, the company claims that many other software programs around that date, no longer support will provide applications running on XP to run. According to the software giant, the Windows XP users, the more risk at the end of the support period.
Microsoft argues that companies that still have XP running to do to plan for a migration to current versions of Windows. This refers to the software giant, of course, on Windows 7. The announced expiration of support for XP does not come as a surprise; Microsoft has already made at the release of XP, indicating that XP 2014 final end-of-life. Microsoft showed in april know that the 350 million Windows 7 licenses had been sold.
