Kroes admonishes the Netherlands telecomvoorschriften to implement

Netherlands and it still does not meet the telecomregels that the EU has drawn up. Commissioner Kroes has twenty European member states for an explanation asked as to why the EU regulations are not yet in the national law is included.

The telecomregels had at the end of may already in the law be included. Because it is manifestly in the Netherlands and nineteen other EU member states is not fully done, there is a formal request sent by the member states within two months should explain when the telecomvoorschriften in the law be included. If this is not done, or if the interpretation of the member states is not sufficient, the European Commission has yet to make a formal request to send to the telecomregels still in the law. If this proves to not work, is a lawsuit in the European Court of justice the next step.

Only seven member states did the EU know that they are the telecomregels already in the law. It pertains to the United Kingdom, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Malta and Sweden. The other member states to the EU to provide clarity on the implementation of the rules.

It involves, among others, regulations that consumers need to ensure that they are within a day of the provider may change with conservation of their number. Also describe the rules the support that customers of service providers should expect and the protection of personal data online. The European Commission was not known at what point the Netherlands does not meet the regulations.
