Judge rejects main charges MPAA against Hotfile

In the case between the MPAA and Hotfile, the judge in Florida in the interim ruled that the bestandsdeelservice does not infringe on copyrights. This is an important part of the indictment against Hotfile rejected.

Hotfile makes itself according to the indictment of the MPAA guilty of large-scale copyright infringement by servers and bandwidth available to downloaders.
