HTC confirms that users suffer from a bug with their One M7 smartphone, allowing them not to call. The problem seems to occur after an update of the Google Play Services component.
HTC mentioned in a statement to TechRadar resolve the problem, a ‘number one priority’. The problem seems to sit in a update for Google Play Services. Users with the problem can try to fix it with an update from HTC or by Google Play Services to downgrade; the latter is known as root access is required.
The problem is that users, when call no sound is heard, and it seems now especially to play with users with a custom rom. Users GoT to have various tips shared during the call sound again to hear. The issue is limited to One M7; users of other smartphones do not suffer from the bug. The One M7 came in the spring of 2013 and is still available in the Netherlands.
