Videokaartfabrikant HIS has a new edition of the HD6970 released which is equipped with a HydraLogix chip. The chip allows the card to work together with a copy of it, that a Nvidia-gpu.
The HydraLogix chip works instead of CrossFire or sli technology allows graphics cards from different gpu’s have to work together. In addition to the chip from LucidLogix is that the video card is also equipped with HIS’ own IceQ-cooling technology. This would be the card 23 degrees cooler than the standard design and produces it according to the manufacturer, less noise.
